Art Spectrum® has been established for 55 years and is a family owned manufacturer and wholesaler of fine art materials. We are offering an opportunity for an experienced person with warehouse picking and packing experience.  Only experience candidates to apply.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of stock and orders are picked and dispatched on time. Must have current high reach forklift licence. Work as part of warehouse team with priorities that include picking and packing of orders. Load and unload trucks by hand or with forklift. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklift, pallet jack and hand cart.

Maintaining delivery records. Follow all established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing etc. Communicates regularly with management to understand upcoming forecasts and demands. Follow the company's Health and safety Policy, ensuring safe working conditions and practices within the warehouse.

Special knowledge/skills current valid high reach forklift licence. Knowledge of bar code technology. Ability to communicate effectively with proven ability to direct and co-ordinate warehouse operations and be a team player. Communicate warehouse job expectations and coach employees.

Experience proven warehouse supervisory experience. Experience working with a high number of SKUs in a manufacturing and warehousing environment. You must be a permanent Australian resident or citizen and be available to work 38 hours per week. Trial period of 3 months applies. Must adhere to our Health & Safety policy, Drugs & Alcohol policy & Social Media policy.
