Pickers and Packers Hoban Recruitment location Melbourne. We are looking for a number of experienced Pick Packers who are prepared to work on a daily roster with an average of 6 hour shifts. There are both afternoon and night shifts available where you could start work as early as 12pm or as late as 6pm. With a generous hourly rate of $31+ph on offer, we are looking for someone with solid pick packing experience, the ability to work towards kpi's and pick rates, a strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy, the ability to be flexible with your days and hours of work and work to a daily roster, previous rf scanning experience, excellent written and numeracy skills, a strong focus on oh&s, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a great deal of energy, strong team work and communication skills.
