Our client, a leader in fruit distribution, is seeking experienced pick packers to join their busy warehouse team located in Lidcombe. These positions are Monday – Friday with starting at 4am paying $28+ per hour.

Duties may include but are not limited to picking and packing of fresh produce, adhering to strict guidelines and specifications. Quality control, grading, pre-packing and assembly. Stock replenishment. General housekeeping. Manual handling up to 15kgs. Repetitive movements and standing for long periods of time.

About you previous experience with fresh produce on a production line highly desirable. Excellent communication skills. Flexible with working hours as shift start times vary from 4am. Have a sound knowledge of WHS and food hygiene. High attention to detail. Own reliable transport. Forklift license (advantageous). Have a strong work ethic with a can do attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Have your own PPE.
