Our client, a leading supplier of fresh produce, is seeking experienced pick packers for their busy warehouse located in Lidcombe. These positions are ongoing Monday - Friday with the view to permanency for the right candidates.

Duties may include but are not limited to picking and packing of fresh produce, adhering to strict guidelines and specifications. Quality control, grading, pre-packing and assembly. Stock replenishment. General housekeeping. Manual handling up to 15kgs. Repetitive movements and standing for long periods of time.

About you previous experience with fresh produce on a production line highly desirable. Excellent communication skills. Flexible with working hours as shift start times vary from 4am. Have a sound knowledge of WHS and food hygiene. High attention to detail. Own reliable transport a must. Forklift license highly desirable but not essential. Have a strong work ethic with a “can do attitude”. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Have your own PPE. Have a minimum of two checkable work references.
