The Greater Discount Chemist Broadmeadows, No.1 in Healthcare No.1 in Price. Pharmacy assistant required for FULL-TIME positions in Broadmeadows. There are 2 possible work shifts.  1) Mon- Fri: 9:00am- 5:00pm, 2) Mon-Fri: 11:00am -7:15pm.

About the role these positions are ideally suited for those with a passion for learning and willingness to continually developed their knowledge of pharmacy practice to best assist the pharmacy to deliver the highest standard of healthcare.  Need intelligent and hardworking candidates that can invest time to read, study and learn about pharmacy products otherwise this position is not for you. Must have excellent customer service skills and looking for a long term career in pharmacy.

Requirements prior pharmacy retail experience would be ideal, but could accommodate someone with extensive proven experience in the health sector (at least 2 years). Looking for hardworking and intelligent people that have a passion for learning, reading, studying and helping customers with their healthcare needs. Must be able to deliver impeccable customer service and enhance customer loyalty and new customer acquisition in line with training and pharmacy knowledge. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Duties and responsibilities the pharmacy assistant is required to excel at all areas in customer service, this includes sales, Stock control, Merchandising, Learning product knowledge, Providing complete health guidance and advice, Meet KPI's, Understand all aspects of retailing.

Build excellent rapport with customers. Work in a clean and professional manner in accordance to relevant legislation and guidelines. Dedication, intelligence, learning and hard work is a must to succeed in this challenging and very rewarding career in health care.
