As a pest management professional, your normal day out in the field on the front line will include site service visits to a variety of local businesses or government sites to inspect and implement procedures to control or prevent a select range of common pests, or it may include working on building sites to install and certify termite prevention measures. Other specialist and rewarding roles include inspection of homes and buildings then applying a range of treatment options to manage termites and other pests.

As a professional Pest Manager you will be supported with the latest in technology, equipment and training along with an exceptional technical team and back office support. The trainee positions offered will require the successful applicants to undertake formal study on a part time basis in conjunction with ongoing in field training. On commencement, a fully maintained vehicle will be supplied, along with all uniforms and tools of trade.

The successful applicant for this position will have the following attributes outgoing personality, Good verbal and written communication skills, A 'can do' attitude. Be organised and prepared. Ability to work unsupervised. Take pride in appearance and be well presented. Be physically fit and agile. Have a manual drivers licence. Minimum 5 years licenced in Australia with clean driving record. Have a demonstrated and good knowledge of Melbourne suburbs & road system.
