We're experiencing high demand and are seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Trainer with a specialty in women's health to join our supportive team.

About the Role:

As a Personal Trainer at U. Personal Training, you’ll play a vital role in transforming lives! Your responsibilities will include:

Designing & Implementing Personalized Programs: Creating bespoke workout programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, considering their age, fitness level, and goals.
Client Assessment & Support: Conducting comprehensive initial consultations and regular progress assessments. Providing ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to ensure clients stay committed to their journey.
Studio Environment: Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and inspiring training environment – fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages personal growth and connection.
Client Relationship Building: Building strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and part of the U. Personal Training community.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: Certificate IV in Fitness (Minimum Requirement)
Certifications: Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
Insurance: Valid Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
Tech Savvy: Basic Microsoft Office Skills
Passion: A genuine passion for women’s health and fitness – a must!
Client Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable: Demonstrated ability to manage your own schedule and time effectively.
