Personal Chef [Chinese Cuisines], Attractive Remuneration Packages and Staff Benefits, 6 days work week, Salary range from S$6,000 - SGD 7,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience).

Job description responsible and accountable for the overall menu planning and preparation of daily meals for the family - mainly lunch, dinner & snack service. Responsible to plan and prepare for any special events and hosting activities at home. Prepare, procure and control daily and weekly market list. Develop plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimum wastage. Ensure the quality and freshness of food. Maintain hygiene standards established in food preparation area. Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely, correctly and kept in good working condition at all times..

Job requirements possess at least 5 Year(s) of relevant working experience in Reputable Hotel (With banquet experience). Possess at last a NiTEC / Diploma in Food Preparation / Culinary Skills. Able to work independently. Able to communicate in Mandarin to Mandarin speaking family members. Must be Specialized in Chinese Cuisine. Candidate that has experience in other cuisine is a plus.
