Personal Assistant Department of Internal Affairs location Auckland. $53317 - $70723 p.a.

At the Department of Internal Affairs, the work we do makes it possible for community groups and charities to not only access funding, but also to learn the best way to manage themselves to be as effective as possible.

Much of this role is organising meetings, booking travel and providing general admin support to the General Manager and some key stakeholders, but this role is important to the successful running of Charities Services that requires high trust and good communication.

You don't need to have experience in any of the above - but you do need a great attitude and a willingness to learn and use initiative. There is flexible work available with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office, plus any particular days with scheduled events. This can either be a great stepping stone for someone after a bit of exposure, or a good chance to really settle into something and make it your own.
