The opportunity we are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support our Partners across our Auckland Audit division. You will help prioritize and organize a busy division by providing efficient and professional support, through high level administrative, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to deliver outcomes.

Day to Day you will proactively manage the diaries, organize internal and external meetings. Collate reports, create PowerPoint presentations, and prepare documentations. Extensively manage calendars and emails. Develop professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Provide administrative support for business development initiatives, and engagements. Organizing travel (domestic and international), large meetings and events. Ability to work cohesively with the wider PA team while also being able to work autonomously.

What you’ll bring to the team previous PA experience working with Senior Managers or within a professional services firm. Advanced knowledge in MS Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook. Excellent time management. Proficient time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritise in a fast – paced role flexible in terms of hours of work and duties high level of attention to detail. Proactive and assertive in terms of increasing the effectiveness of systems and processes.
