Kiely Thompson Caisley, a boutique employment & immigration law firm, is looking for a new person to join their support staff team. To thrive in this role you will ideally have previous experience in an administrative role within a legal or professional services environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A willingness to contribute and show initiative for a variety of administrative tasks. Great Microsoft Office suite skills including PowerPoint. Appreciation of the confidential nature of our clients and the matters we work on. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.

In this role you will be supporting the Partners and the wider legal team and reporting to the Operations Manager. A typical week is likely to include dictation, drafting and preparation of legal documentation, assisting with month end billing, organizing meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements and a range of ad hoc administrative tasks to add to the efficiency and smooth running of the office.
