Personal Assistant Triangle Recruitment Ltd location Auckland.

Our client is looking for an experienced PA for an Immediate start to support key Management in the organisation. This is a Not-For-Profit organisation that does a lot of community work. This is a chance for you to step in, make a difference and broaden your skills in a different environment.

Responsibilities full Diary Management. Provide High Level of Confidential executive support. Co-ordinating meeting and event requirements. Maintaining client information in hardcopy files and electronic systems. Monitoring and updating the client mandate records. Support the wider team.

Skills required previous experience in secretarial/PA/Office Management. Advanced Level of Microsoft suite and excellent communication skills. Experience with customer relationship management software. Effective interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving and organisational skills.
