Personal Assistant Madison Recruitment Limited location Auckland.

This is an exciting opportunity to merge your administration, coordination, and customer care skills to support an organisation in the government sector.

The role this role will be supporting senior management the organisation is running efficiently and effectively. Duties include but are not limited to diary management, travel arrangements and other administrative support.

Email monitoring and correspondence. Coordinating training workshops. Regular liaison and check ins with the remote team. About you to be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy office or organisation.

You will also have resilience to work within a fast-paced environment. Warm and friendly attitude. Ability to manage conflicting priorities. Be proactive and use initiative.
