Megan Jaffe Real Estate, Ray White Remuera are seeking a strong and focused administrator to work alongside one of our top performing individual teams. Essential to the role is a knowledge of MyDesktop or similar Real Estate CRM system, an eye for design, literacy of Adobe Design Suite and fantastic writing skills, as is your initiative to grow the business with your salespeople.

Your attention to detail and your ability to deliver the highest quality of work will see you flourish in this role. Your focus around prioritising the tasks linked to your responsibility will come in handy as part of a very active team. Your ease and comfort with customers and communication will be your secret weapon. From property marketing, legal documentation and personal promotion, to communication and reporting - you will have a 'whatever it takes' attitude to learning and developing the systems and structures in place.

To become part of the No.1 Ray White office internationally you will be sure of your skills and willing to share them, uphold our strong culture and values and preferably had previous experience in real estate administration.
