Personal Assistant Again Group Limited location Auckland.

This role needs the assistance and support of an exceptionally well organised, highly motivated, and process driven individual who possesses strong Personal Assistant and administration skills and experience. Within this busy and varied role you will undertake a range of administrative functions.

Your day will incorporate the following duties and responsibilities the ideal applicant should have proven experience as a PA or Administrative position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Diary, travel and email management. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up action points. Create management reports. Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports and documents, Project work. Strong planning and organisational skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google drive. Previous experience would be an advantage.

Social Media skills. Absolute high standard of professionalism and discretion. Reliable time keeping. Take an active involvement within the business, contribute to discussions and decisions. Be fluent in Mandarin and English as you will be required to translate both verbally in and writing for the Director and other staff.
