Personal Assistant Brunskills Pharmacy location Sydney.

Great opportunity for a highly organised, well directed and driven individual to work closely with a managing director. This person needs to be available for flexible working hours, including night and weekend work. No day is the same, be happy to learn and have very strong attention to detail. This role is for a Junior looking to progress within their career.

Duties include (but not limited to) Strict Time/Diary Management. Providing high level administrative and organisational assistance across a varied scope of work - emails, day to day accounts receivable & payable and adhoc requests. Communicating effectively with Managing Director. Organising/coordinating travel plans.

Ideal candidate will be able to work remotely with ease have a strong skill set with mAc, PowerPoint, word and excel. Be flexible with time (can work weekdays/week nights and weekends, Be fast paced. Thinks ahead of the game and executes with calmness.
