About the role this organisation is looking for an experienced PA to assist the Managing Director with day to day time management, meeting coordination and general administration tasks.

In return you will be joining a fantastic organisation. This role requires you to travel between Hamilton and Auckland as we are looking to expand our operations in Pokeno, Pukekohe and Hamilton.
Key responsibilities respond to phone and email queries. Upload all client data on CRM. Build and maintain effective working relationships. Schedule and organise client meetings and events. Travel between cities to cities. Manage the flow of office correspondence. Assist with document formatting. Management of contractors. In touch with our existing Clients.
Key requirements must have experience in an Personal Assistant or Executive assistant role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office. Have good knowledge of CRM. Ability to build relationships. Having the attitude to problem solve. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise, multitask and work under tight deadlines while being responsive to a dynamic environment is essential. Full NZ Drivers licence.
