Looking for Personal Assistant for Director, work location Nearby Labrador Park, salary SGD 2000 to SGD 3500, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Description provide full secretarial and administrative support to director, running personal/company errands, maintain schedule appointments and update calendar, follow up on tasks on behalf of director and ensure timeliness with deadlines, screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate, maintain records, reports and file up to date, any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements proficient in MS Office, candidates with past PA experience is preferred, ability to work on own initiative, only pr and Singaporean my apply, able to start work immediately or within short notice.
