Responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, diary management, collating papers, organizing the AGM, acting as a key contact for shareholders, taking minutes, and providing administrative support where required.

To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in an administrative role supporting a manager or team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive “can do” attitude. Excellent organisation with the ability to proactively anticipate needs. Strong relationship-building skills.
