Opportunity to support the delivery of programs that enable a high-performing culture. Full time ongoing employment opportunity in a vibrant team. Based in Parramatta CBD with hybrid and flexible work options (or as negotiated). Remuneration of $89,707 to $98,982 plus super & leave loading.

Your role as a Performance Officer, you will support the delivery of performance and development initiatives to drive a high- performance culture.
You will work collaboratively and support colleagues to deliver people-related programs and initiatives that enable a high-performing and engaged workforce. Provide operational support to employees and people managers on project plans, milestones and deliverables. Collate information and manage routine correspondence.
Monitor systems, databases and analyse data to generate reports that provide accurate information and advice to staff and stakeholders. Enjoy opportunities to learn and grow whilst working with a fantastic group of supportive colleagues to deliver initiatives that enable a high-performing culture.
From understanding the Performance and Accreditation priorities through to the delivery of performance and development initiatives, you will navigate multiple platforms and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
