Bring your energy to Aggreko as a People Services Advisor based in Braeside, Melbourne or Manila, Philippines. You will support the day-to-day queries that are raised with the regional People Services team, process WorkDay transactions, create employment contracts and manage new hire onboarding into WorkDay. This role also supports managers with instructions on basic WorkDay cases to assist them completing people query and WorkDay tasks and resolving issues themselves.

Key responsibilities:

Prompt and correct delivery of all people administration activity and transactional processes across the region, focusing on the colleague experience

Ensure all relevant HR legislation is adhered to for contract generation

Generate employment contracts and other relevant HR documents, ensuring all HR documentation is reviewed and updated in line with any legislation changes

Escalate complex, risky, or sensitive cases to relevant specialists and People Services Managers

Assist managers to use Workday, adopt processes / practices, use policies and guidance materials

Produce reports as needed, alongside statistics and data to support people team processes & events

Supports project work led by People Service Managers/People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence as required

You are:

Bachelor Degree qualified in HR or equivalent - ESSENTIAL

Fully proficient in WorkDay, SuccessFactors or similar - ESSENTIAL

Strongly orientated towards excellent customer service - ESSENTIAL

Able to build strong relationships with regional teams with experience working across geographical and cultural differences - ESSENTIAL

Highly capable in dealing with transactional elements of HR, including the full employee lifecycle - ESSENTIAL

Well-organised and efficient; able to manage own workload, and to plan and manage tasks to ensure that deadlines and SLAs are met - ESSENTIAL

Fluent English required and business fluent in another relevant language would be advantageous
