Ko ta matou mahi - Our role the People Information Analyst will embed HR system administration processes and support the analytics work led by the Senior People Information Analyst. You'll contribute to our increased capability as we move to a predictive and trend-focussed approach to people data analytics. You will play an important role in providing, maintaining and analysing HR information, to support Kainga Ora's decision making and reporting requirements.

Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring experience working with an HR Information or payroll system will be an absolute advantage. Strong communication skills and experience of interpreting data and reporting in a clear and concise manner. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort dealing with large amounts of data, developing systematic approaches to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The ability to interpret and anticipate requirements, asking the right questions to ensure delivery of the right information or solution. A natural affinity for systems and processes coupled with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
