About the role

This position is a permanent, full-time role in the People and Safety team, based at the Moruya administration offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to the People and Safety team by delivering high-quality, timely and professional Human Resources (HR) services. The successful candidate will be responsible for first-line HR support, recruitment administration, generalist HR functions, records management and providing administrative support to the People and Safety leadership team.

The starting salary for this position is $65,947.88 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

Your knowledge of and demonstrated experience in confidential Human Resource administrative processes and procedures including effective and accurate record keeping.
Proficiency in using Human Resource information systems and a range of programs including Microsoft Office. This includes but is not limited to data entry, report creation, preparation of advertisements, interview formatting, and employment contracts with a high level of accuracy.
Your demonstrated capacity to work harmoniously and constructively within a team environment and work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions.
Your ability to work collaboratively with managers, utilising effective communication and influencing skills (oral and written).
