We are looking for an exceptional team player to support our people & culture and health & safety function for delivery into our business. We need someone to help us seamlessly move between ‘business as usual’ tasks and projects to ensure we deliver results. This is a dynamic administrative support role requiring dexterous capability across human resources, health and safety, event management, office management, information management, crafting communications and connecting with our internal customers.

Based in our Cambridge office, this position will report into the General Manager. The primary focus areas of the role are human resources administrative support – recruitment, payroll, health and safety, employment relationships. Preparing documents – policy, employment and business management. Project delivery support. Office management and administration.

Our ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated, empathetic problem solver with a naturally collaborative and service orientated approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products is a must. Ideally you will also have a strong administrator experience in human resources, health and safety, and working with senior management. You will need to be highly competent and accurate in your work with a bright and confident manner that shines in a team environment.
