Working in the Payroll Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processes, all while continuously improving our systems and processes. This is your chance to contribute to a world-class team while developing your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you will do:

Own the end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy for standard compensation, bonuses, commissions, and statutory payments.
Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, business partners, and third parties with a focus on solving issues and enhancing relationships.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing smarter, more efficient ways of working.
Support payroll audits and collaborate on projects to enhance processes and maintain compliance.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with our payroll provider to ensure smooth operations.
What we’re looking for in you:

A passion for detail and efficiency, with experience in payroll administration or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
Strong analytical skills with a drive to problem-solve and continuously improve.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (and other Microsoft Office tools), with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
