Payroll Officer HPS Pharmacies location Auckland. $80,000 + Kiwisaver (AUD).

The opportunity as part of the Payroll team who process pay across the EBOS group network, you will be reporting to the Payroll Manager. You will support the administration required for the processing of multiple payrolls across the EBOS division in New Zealand whilst working collaboratively with other members of our payroll team to proactively support our managers with all payroll related queries. You will also be required to On-board and Off-board EBOS employees across the board. This role is a FT position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Key responsibilities preparation and processing of on/off-cycle payrolls within tight deadlines. Provide advice and education to managers and employees in relation to policy, entitlements (IEA and CEA) and general payroll queries. Month-end reporting and developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required. Partner with key stakeholders to work on projects, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for demonstrated experience in a fast paced and busy payroll environment in a similar position. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures. Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including answering any and all payroll related queries. System knowledge of payroll software Datapay and Biotime, desirable. Exceptional attention to detail and high level of numeric accuracy.
