About the company Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage Multiple APS4 Payment Officers. This position is located in their busy Parramatta office for a Contract until 30/06/2022.

Duties develop a thorough understanding of payment policies and processes, identify the cause of payment issues and engage with a variety of stakeholders to determine action, investigate and manage complaints and disputed claims, meet deadlines and track issues from end-to-end, provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements/skills relevant tertiary qualifications. Experience in customer service environments. Experience working in administration for large organization. It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience of disability.
