What you'll be doing you will be doing a variety of tasks, with a strong focus on customer service.

Excellent interpersonal skills, in particular the ability to interact well with patients/carers and emergency department staff with demonstrated customer focused service delivery skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Sound negotiation skills and ability to problem solve utilising resilience, flexibility and initiative. Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing and challenging environment.
