Fix Dental is a multi-chair dental practice that prides itself on delivering affordable quality dentistry that lasts a lifetime. Our practice has been growing steadily for the last 3 years and we like to think it’s our attention to detail and our commitment to our patients that have sparked this growth.

Whilst our practice is a general dental practice, we offer a vast array of dentistry including but not limited to cosmetic smile makeovers-porcelain and composite veneers. Full mouth porcelain rehabilitations. Implant surgery – ranging from single tooth to full arch cases. Complicated surgical wisdom teeth removals, Orthodontics. If you have a passion for people and offering them end-to-end solutions and service we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for handling prospective patient enquiries by phone, email and online chat. Patient relationship management during an end-to-end process. Scheduling appointments to maximise time, efficiency and profit. Resolving patient concerns. Assisting and advising patients on their treatment options. Assisting and advising patients on finance plans. Implementing reactivation processes. Streamlining and implementing practice processes. General administration.

You’ll need to have a friendly personality, attention to detail and a high level of self-motivation. A stable work history demonstrating quality customer relationships and results. Strong email & phone skills. Ability to understand treatment plans. Pride in your appearance. Strong motivation to learn new skills and implement changes. Ability to track and achieve KPIs for administration and sale targets.

This role is largely based on customer service and sales. Whilst dental experience is preferred, it is not essential. For the right candidate who has the right attitude and a passion to learn, we are committed to providing you with the dental knowledge required for this position. We will train you to obtain a Cert III in dental assisting.
