Job details location 462 Crawford Lane #01-65 (Lavender). Working Hours: 6 Days Per Week. Timing: 12pm - 8pm (Shift 1) or 2pm - 10pm (Shift 2). Basic Salary $2600 - $3000 (Negotiable salary depending on experience).

Job descriptions follow the traditional and modern recipes provided to make a variety of goods such as cakes, tarts, puffs, buns, breads, and so on. Create new and exciting desserts to refresh our menus and pique customers' interest. Decorate pastries with various icings, toppings, and so on to ensure a visually appealing and exciting presentation.

Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, and so on, and place appropriate orders while staying within budget. Examine the quality of the materials used, as well as the condition of the baking equipment and devices. Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station while adhering to health and safety regulations. Keep proper records of the operating procedures and recipes, Other Ad-Hoc duties.

Job requirements proven experience as a Pastry Chef, baker, or other relevant role. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Willingness to expand professional knowledge. Extensive knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and baking techniques. Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or a related field.
