For Managerial Role job scope includes managing team members’ performance and schedules beginner (Pastry Baker) No Experience. Junior Pastry Chef 1 - 5 Years Experience. Senior Pastry Chef 6 - 10 Years Experience. Managerial Role Over 10 years experience including managing the team.
