Main job scope assist head/asst sous chef in daily food prep, to cook according to sop, present food neatly and according to sop, cleanliness of kitchen and food hygiene, taking care of kitchen equipments, other areas to be addressed upon interview or start of work. Criteria at least 1 year working experience in a western/european/italian commercial kitchen preferred, singaporean/pr. malaysians and other nationalities are welcome. take note we do not have s-pass quota at the moment, monthly salary starting from $1800, depending on experience, training to be provided at our bedok outlet as well, staff meal will be provided, 5 day work week, sat/sun & ph off.
