Opportunity
An opportunity for a motivated and customer focused Parts Interpreter / Store Person has become available in our Kalgoorlie Branch.
Reporting to the Branch Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Providing service to external and internal customers for parts
Interpreting customer’s request
Identifying and supplying parts to meet customers request
Assisting in the warehouse
Picking and packing parts
Sourcing parts as required
Initiating invoices for parts
Updating and maintain computer records
Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
While an understanding of earthmoving/construction equipment would be a distinct advantage, to be successful you will need:
Previous experience in a Parts environment
A developed mechanical understanding
High level of computer literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Forklift license (High Risk) not essential but preferable
Excellent time management
A keen eye for detail
You will be an excellent communicator, team player, demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in your work and have a focus on providing quality customer service.
