We are looking for a passionate Retail Professional to join the team at our adidas Sydney Brand Centre on a part-time basis.

Please note as this is a part-time role, the hours and days are fixed to store needs and require the availability to work both weekdays and weekends.

A Retail Professional of the Sydney Brand Centre is responsible for driving the store net sales and consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieving high productivity, and contributing to an active selling environment. A Halo store is the pinnacle of adidas retail for consumers as it relates to sales & customer service, operations, people, product knowledge, visual merchandising and brand activations.

Purpose & Relevance for the Organisation:

Drives profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
Supports store management team by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, in turn building brand equity.
Represents the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Amplifies the brand with every decision and every action, whilst passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand.
Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times
Ensures compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store to build a world class brand flagship store
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:

Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Working Hours:

To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work 38 hours per week, flexible to the store's trading hours across weekdays and weekends.
