Company description are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a rewarding part time role? We have a great opportunity available working directly with one of our Fertility Specialists based in their Malvern clinic. This is a great opportunity to work in an innovative womens health practice with a real focus on providing exceptional outcomes to patients and first class patient care.

Job description based on a busy front desk reception, this role will see you as the first point of contact for any patients coming into the clinic. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional patient experience, supporting the specialists in providing the best possible level of care.

Duties and responsibilities of the role include front desk reception - meet and greet patients, handle calls, take bookings and triage any queries for the specialists and broader team. General administrative support - data entry, document management, scanning and email management.

Maintenance of the reception and office space - ordering stationery and surgical supplies, cleaning, stocking and ensuring the reception and waiting areas are always clean and tidy. Medical and clinical support - assisting the doctors and nurses with basic tasks, administration, room preparation and ordering as required. Ensure an effective and seamless patient journey and experience.

Qualifications we are seeking an experienced receptionist for this role, ideally with a background in healthcare (however this is not essential). You will have exceptional customer service skills with a confident phone manner and the ability to provide empathetic and genuine care to every patient.

Working as part of a small team you must be flexible and willing to support more generally as require, the role can get busy so you must be able to prioritise, multitask and work flexibly based on the needs of the team.

As the role requires administration duties as well, you must have a good computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems (training will be provided) and maintain a high level of accuracy across all tasks.
