We’re on the lookout for a Park Manager to join our team based at Ingenia Holidays Nepean River.
Ingenia Holidays Nepean River is nestled along the scenic banks of the Hawkesbury-Nepean River, offering a peaceful, nature-filled work environment just moments from Penrith’s vibrant town centre.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this Full-Time role will see you lead a thriving holiday park in a picturesque riverside location. Core duties involve overseeing daily operations, driving business performance, and delivering exceptional guest and resident experiences.

In this role you’ll
Lead the day-to-day operations of the park, including accommodation, grounds, and facilities.
Manage financial performance, asset enhancement, and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with safety, legislative, and industry standards.
Build strong relationships with guests, residents, contractors, and local stakeholders.
Support resident wellbeing and oversee Manufactured Home Estate (MHE) operations.
Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and park presentation.
You’re Likely a Match If You
Have proven leadership experience in hospitality, tourism, or property management.
Have strong financial, administrative, and operational skills.
Have excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
Are comfortable with physical tasks and hands-on involvement in park operations.
Are self-motivated, proactive, and confident in managing emergencies and resolving issues.
You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
