The role we are looking for a paralegal with experience in workers compensation matters to join the supportive, high-achieving workers compensation practice of this specialist, plaintiff personal injury law firm. The nature of the work is fast-paced and high volume but the culture is collaborative and sociable and you will be working alongside industry specialists, offering a great working environment.

Your duties will include draft, prepare and amend legal documentation. Provide information to clients. Liaise with clients, barristers, courts, doctors and other third parties. Prepare files for court. Generate precedent letters and key date and diary management.

About You minimum of 6 months’ experience in workers compensation (working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm). A self-motivator. Experience dealing with difficult clients. Proactive and positive. A natural team player. Looking to develop your technical skills. Able to process high volume work and remain efficient under pressure.

Excellent communication skills. Able to work to tight, non-negotiable deadlines. Able to apply compassion and empathy with clients.
