Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking paralegals to support large Australian or multinational companies on a contract basis. Paralegals with 2+ years experience or newly qualified lawyers/junior lawyers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Review contracts and commercial agreements utilizing AI tools

Support the General Counsel with daily tasks such as filings and legal research (e.g. data privacy, compliance)

Assess legal risks, especially around liability clauses, using internal guidelines

Maintain and update contract and document management systems

What We're Looking For

Paralegal (could still be in studies) with valid work rights in Australia; Open to newly qualified/junior lawyer

Experience in an in-house legal team is a bonus

Good understanding of commercial and corporate law

Genuine interest or some experience in AI legal tools is advantageous
