Octa Associates Ltd is a nationwide project management consultancy. Octa's Managing Director is seeking a Personal Assistant & Marketing Administrator with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

The associated responsibilities will include assist and support Managing Director and provide additional support to the Auckland Office. Diary, email and travel management. Prepare meetings, take minutes and complete correspondence accordingly.

Prepare board papers, tenders, reports, documents and presentations. Ensure the Managing Directors day operates smoothly, efficiently and effectively. Handle confidential matters and information. Manage company Social Media pages. Marketing Documentation. Tender preparation. Back-up other administration staff.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills/attributes relevant tertiary qualification. At least 2 years relevant experience, ideally in a professional services environment. Are a self-starter with excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Great attention to detail.

Microsoft Office skills. Experience with macros and/or systems like Viewpoint, SharePoint and Workflowmax/Xero would be a plus. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure, work independently or as part of a team. A high degree of personal initiative, discretion and presentation.
