Job description maintain an excellent service standard at all times. Greeting and serving customers. Manage customer's feedback. Maintain neat eating and serving areas. Explain menu items to customers and make suggestions when necessary. Maintain outlet inventory and replenish when needed. Maintain good work flow between customers and operations. Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant's operations. Uphold customer service excellence, set good example for juniors.

Our ideal candidate should be have min. 1 year previous experience working in the food-service industry in a supervisory role. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays. Be dependable and punctual.  Enthusiastic and keen to learn. Have a positive attitude. Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit.
