Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Customer Care Champion working within our Otisline Contact Center team, based in our Sydney CBD office in Australia and working the evening shifts.

Evening shift from 3pm to 11pm

12 months fixed-term contract

Reports to the Otisline Contact Centre Manager

On a typical day you will

Act as the primary interface between our internal and external customers you will be based in Otisline but will have the flexibility and ability to upskill into other areas of the customer service center.Receive and adjudicate emergency break down calls.

Ensure all customer and mechanic questions are dealt with promptly and efficiently

Ensure that our Otis Business Systems are updated with specific, accurate information

What you will need to be successful

Experience in a call centre or customer service role will be preferred

Enjoys engagement with various stakeholders

Have good written and verbal communication skills

Works well in a team and is able to work under pressure to deliver business commitments

We will train you intensively in the areas of technology, processes & soft skills and you can exchange ideas with experienced colleagues at any time.
