Job scope the Operations Service Agent (Food & Beverage), you are responsible for managing a team of service providers to deliver friendly and courteous services to every hotel guests and customers that patronise the Coffee House.

Job description responsible for the cleanliness, hygiene and safe distancing measures for the coffeehouse. Responsible for order taking from the guest and recommending any house specialty. Serve all food and drinks order, clear all soiled plates and refill ice water. Dry clean all cutleries, chinaware, glassware and store them in the stations. Train new service providers upon joining the Food and Beverage team. Assists in the setting up of function rooms for events and meetings when required.

Job requirement possess a valid WSQ Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures Certificate. Good customer service and communication skills. Able to work independently and as a team. Able to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Preferable someone to be able to speak English and Mandarin and local dialects ie. Hokkien, Teochew & Cantonese etc. (in order to handle queries from English and Mandarin and local dialects ie. Hokkien, Teochew & Cantonese etc. speaking guests and customers). Able to commence employment within a short period of time.
