Operations Officer Vectus Biosystems Ltd location Sydney.

The Operations Officer, Vectus Biosystems is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Scientific Officer at Vectus Biosystems. The position involves extensive liaison with Vectus staff, Regional Health Care staff and external service providers.

Key accountabilities provide high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Scientific Officer at Vectus Biosystems. Draft complex correspondence, compile reports and develop resources for staff with high level of attention to detail and professional standard.

Use MS Excel and Access to maintain Patent, Intellectual Property (IP) and due diligence information and provide reports as required. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as audit systems to ensure effective process are maintained.

Coordinate committee meetings including the drafting and circulation of accurate meeting minutes, agendas and action lists. Manage the ordering, receiving and payment of goods and services and provide support to managers to rectify issues with building maintenance and office equipment faults.

Ensure Vectus Biosystems requirements and or Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OTGR) are met in respect to creation, maintenance, archiving and destruction of corporate and scientific documents. Participate in quality improvement and certification of scientific laboratories, health and safety initiatives at Vectus biosystems.

Partner with Regional Health Care group for issues regarding payroll, IT infrastructure and communications solutions. Working flexibly to meet changing priorities, deadlines and milestones. Completing work activities which require a high level of attention to detail and high quality written and verbal skills.
