Operations Officer Reggio Australia location Melbourne. $32 – $38 per hour.

Seeking two Operations Officers to join a small, hardworking team providing effective administration, customer service, events and marketing support that supports the successful operations of Reggio Emilia Australia Information Exchange (REAIE). REAIE is a not-for-profit, member-based organisation offering a suite of professional learning opportunities within the Early Childhood Education sector.

With a hybrid organisation comprising of a volunteer Board and paid employees, the organisation is embarking on growing its membership base and professional learning opportunities, with expected growth to continue.

Working hours approximately 15-18 hours per week for onboarding/training with training days being Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Hours are likely to be increased to 18-20 hours per week with a minimum of two days in the office (Monday’s and Wednesday’s) upon completion of onboarding /training.

Hours for both positions will be spread across Mon-Thurs (3 days per week per role). The main duties and responsibilities to be successful in this role are specified in the position description.
