We are seeking a driven and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and drive the daily operations of your allocated properties. This role requires a strategic leader who can enhance our operational efficiency, uphold our brand standards, and ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing people, and a proven track record in operational leadership. For those working in the kitchen and are looking for a new challenge, your application will be considered as well.
Key responsibilities oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of front and back of house. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve revenue and expense targets. Experience in commercial breakdown is ideal but not necessary. Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, promoting a fun culture with respect, teamwork, and high guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all properties. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to execute brand initiatives and drive guest loyalty. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, implementing improvements where necessary.
Qualities required demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing teams and multi-site operations. A hands-on approach and a can-do-attitude. Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. Valid drivers license is required as you will need to be travelling between the locations.
