Operations Manager Recycling Group 2019 Ltd Auckland. $35 – $40 per hour.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and competent Operations Manager to join our Auckland team. We are a recycling business that services the business community on a nationwide basis and are currently in growth mode.

The role encompasses leading the Production team to achieve production goals and targets. Manage/mentor and coach the team with a hands on approach. Ensuring all product is accounted for and processed to agreed standards. Assist with managing the relationship with both customers and suppliers. Ensuring compliance obligations are met.

Promoting Health & safety the successful applicant will ideally have excellent verbal & written communication skills. High attention to detail. The ability to engage with and motivate staff. The ability to work as part of a team. Excellent numerical, analytical and practical problem-solving skills. The ability to learn.
