Operations Manager NZ Funds Management Limited location Auckland.

The role NZ Funds is looking for an Operations Manager to join our Private Wealth division in Auckland. Working closely with the Chief Client Officer, you will help oversee the efficient functioning of our financial advisers and client services managers across the country.

You will play an important role in coordinating the wider team, optimising processes and supporting strategic business planning. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing, high-energy organisation.

About you, You may be working in an operations role, or in a legal or professional services role, and wishing to take your career in a new direction.

To succeed in this role, you will be organised – stay on top of multiple workstreams easily, prioritise well and take pride in seeing tasks through to completion. Operationally minded – develop, implement and optimise business processes to streamline workflows. Technologically orientated – use technology and other tools to automate processes and ensure systems accuracy.

Data driven – analyse key performance metrics and, using your commercial acumen, interpret data to identify areas for improvement. Process focused – support monitoring of regulatory guidelines and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in law, finance, information systems or a related field.
