In this high-pressure and exhilarating role, you'll be at the helm of our fast-paced vehicle recovery operations. We're searching for an individual with the right aptitude and a CAN-DO attitude, who thrives on organized chaos, excels under pressure, and remains calm while dealing with challenges.

As Health & Safety is at the core of everything we do, ideally you will have knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work Act and be keen to be part of the health and safety maturity of the company, working with our H&S Team around operational issues as necessary. Your experience in high-pressure environments such as the police, military, ambulance services, or courier firms will be invaluable.

As our Operation’s Manager, you and your direct reports will be responsible for managing our Dispatch team and Driver teams. Juggling multiple tasks effortlessly, you'll demonstrate your exceptional people and process management skills. Your ability to identify talent and develop your people will make you a vital member of our Leadership Team.

While prior experience in a similar industry is not mandatory, a passion for and a knowledge of vehicles as well as a background in logistics, emergency services, transportation, armed forces, or the police will set you apart.
