Our client is a leading distributor of a large range of component, trade, DIY and industrial products. They operate a large warehouse delivery product well above industry standards. An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their growth business.

Key duties & responsibilities overall leader of the NSW Warehouse Team to deliver industry leading service. Identify business improvement opportunities. Utilize modern management tools such as lean to improve process in the business unit. Management of all facets of the warehouse operations including inventory, freight, operating expenses, safety and external suppliers.

Personal qualifications must have a minimum of five years warehouse management experience, ideally in a large FMCG, Pharma or components environment - using lean principles. Must have experience in a SAP environment. Must have experience managing freight contracts and service agreements. Can show evidence of leading business change and improvement using technology. Outstanding commercial skills with an inspirational leadership style.
