Operations Coordinator The Health Tick location Auckland.

Health Tick has a large nationwide client base and clinics located across New Zealand. Reporting to the Health Tick Operations Manager this role has responsibility for the coordination and implementation of our occupational health services ensuring exceptional client outcomes. This role is a permanent full time role commencing in September.
Ideal candidate excellent attention to detail. Experience in customer service. This role requires the candidate to work directly with our valued clients and franchisees to onboard and organise their occupational health services. Strong organisational and time management skills. Must have the ability to think ahead to ensure a successful program rollout. Management and ordering of equipment and consumables required for the program. General administration duties as required. Flexibility with the work hours to meet the needs of the program. Proficient in Microsoft applications – Outlook, Word, Excel etc. Full NZ Driver’s License. The role is based at our Head Office in Auckland - Takapuna.
